The invention relates to the technical field of ship design, and discloses a ship lookout platform structure, a construction method thereof and a ship thereof.The ship lookout platform structure comprises a platform plate assembly, a partition plate assembly, a side coaming, a front coaming, a rear coaming and a bulwark assembly, the first side edge of the platform plate assembly is connected with the edge of the side coaming, and the included angle formed between the side coaming and the platform plate assembly is an acute angle; the front coaming is connected with the second side edge and the edge of the side coaming, the rear coaming is connected with the fourth side edge and the edge of the side coaming, the first side edge, the second side edge and the fourth side edge are all connected with bulwark assemblies, the partition plate assembly is provided with a first side edge, a second side edge and a third side edge, the first side edge is connected to the lower surface of the platform plate assembly, and the third side edge is connected to the lower surface of the platform plate assembly. The second side edge is connected with the side face of the side surrounding plate, the third side edge and the third side edge are both used for being connected with the outer side wall of the ship, and a dressing layer is laid on the upper surface of the platform plate assembly. The ship lookout platform structure is high in safety, high in reliability, low in cost and easy to use.
