The invention discloses an intelligent vacuum degree control system suitable for a new energy automobile in a plateau mountain area, and the system comprises the following parts: vehicle vacuum degree self-inspection and altitude preliminary estimation: during driving starting, checking whether air leakage exists, the inflation time length, whether the vacuum degree is reduced and testing circulation are carried out, the reduction rate is 2KPa/s, and the altitude is preliminarily estimated; adjusting along with the vacuum degree of the pedal force: when the pedal force exceeds 200N, directly starting the pump to vacuumize; when the pedal force exceeds 700N, judging that the driver considers that the situation is emergency; identifying the working conditions of the plateau mountain area: setting different strategies according to different working condition scenes, reversely inputting and adding the vacuum degree to judge, and identifying the working conditions of the mountain area and the long downhill working condition through pedal force, braking force, pedal travel, deceleration and lateral acceleration; and a power assisting system is automatically adjusted according to braking requirements. Compensation is carried out through dynamic loss, the actual maximum braking requirement and the air exhaust rate are combined, and the safety of driving in the plateau mountain area is improved.

    本发明公开了一种适用于高原山区新能源汽车真空度智能控制系统,包括以下几个部分:车辆真空度自检和海拔初步估算:在开车启动时,检查是否漏气,充气时长、真空度是否降低和测试循环,降速率2KPa/s,初步估算出海拔;跟随踏板力的真空度调节:当踏板力超过200N时,泵直接开启抽真空;踏板力超过700N时,判定为驾驶员认为情况紧急;高原山区工况的识别:根据不同工况场景对设置不同策略,反向输入加入真空度来判断,通过踏板力、制动力、踏板行程、减速和侧向加速度,来识别山区工况和长下坡工况;根据制动需求自动调节助力系统。本发明通过动态损失进行补偿,结合实际最大制动需求和抽气速率,提高了在高原山区行车的安全性。
