Therefore, the problem that heat preservation of the vehicle battery cannot be monitored in real time at the present stage is solved, and when a user does not use the vehicle, the battery manager can regularly inspect the temperature of the battery, judge the requirement of low-temperature heat preservation and heating and automatically heat the power battery; therefore, the temperature of the power battery can still meet the starting requirement when a user uses a vehicle, and the user experience is improved.
