The invention provides an automobile bottom protection plate and a performance detection method thereof. The automobile bottom protection plate comprises a PET layer, a PP film layer, a composite material layer, a PP film layer and a PET layer. The bottom protection plate is formed by assembling a composite plate which is provided with a PET layer, a PP film layer and a composite material layer from top to bottom, wherein the composite plate is composed of the PP film layer and the PET layer through preheating, hot press molding, cooling shaping, punching and cutting. Compared with the metal material, the weight per unit area of the aluminum alloy plate is only one third of that of the aluminum alloy plate and about one eighth of that of the steel plate; therefore, the weight of the bottom guard plate is effectively reduced, and the cost is saved.
本发明提出一种汽车底护板及其性能检测方法,包括PET层、PP膜层、复合材料层、PP膜层和PET层;本发明中的底护板采用由上至下分布均为:PET层、PP膜层、复合材料层、PP膜层和PET层的复合板材在通过预加热、热压成型、冷却定型、冲孔裁切后组装形成;进而取代了金属材料,并与金属材料相比,其的单位面积的重量只有铝合金板的三分之一、钢板的八分之一左右;进而有效降低了底护板的重量,节省了成本。
