The active control method of the tension tendon comprises the steps of initializing a tension tendon platform system, establishing a dynamic model of the tension tendon platform system, controlling the movement displacement and speed of a piston through a PID controller, setting control parameters of the PID controller through a graph convolutional neural network, and performing active control on the tension tendon. The tension tendon platform is kept stable in tidal change and load change by adjusting the length and pretension of the tension tendon, specifically, active control over the tension tendon is achieved by additionally arranging a hydraulic cylinder, dynamic management over the rigidity of the tension tendon is achieved by adjusting the stroke of a piston in the hydraulic cylinder, and the rigidity of the tension tendon is improved. The control parameters of the PID controller are optimized by adopting the graph convolutional neural network, and the optimal combination of the control parameters most adaptive to different sea conditions is searched, so that the tension tendon platform system can intelligently adapt to variable marine environments, and the stability and the power generation efficiency of the fan are remarkably improved.
