The invention belongs to the technical field of embankment project breach plugging, and particularly relates to a soilbag breach plugging device capable of being rapidly deployed on site and an operation method.The soilbag breach plugging device capable of being rapidly deployed on site comprises a vehicle body; the tail end of the tipping bucket is rotationally arranged on the vehicle body; the sliding plate device is arranged below the tipping bucket; and the bagging mechanism is arranged above the tipping bucket, and a plurality of large geotechnical bags are installed in the bagging mechanism. The invention further discloses an operation method of the geotextile bag breach plugging device capable of being rapidly deployed on site. By means of the device, the soilbag can be rapidly filled, and the large soilbag can be rapidly slid to the breach.
