And the preparation process is simple, and the product has excellent mechanical, conductive and friction properties, and is suitable for large-scale industrial application and production.

    本发明涉及一种原位生长碳纳米管增强碳纤维复合材料碳滑条,属于电力机车用材料制备技术领域。本发明在碳纤维复合材料内部,在不采用催化剂的前提下,在包覆炭纤维针刺整体毡内部、外部原位生长了碳纳米管和碳颗粒并控制二者分布,结合沥青浸渍‑碳化实现快速碳化/石墨化,在高温石墨化处理后石墨化度即可达到93%,且制备工艺简单,产品力学、导电和摩擦性能优越,适于大规模的产业化应用和生产。
