The invention discloses a new energy automobile top hanging type battery replacing structure which comprises a hoisting system used for hoisting a battery pack and a caching system used for storing the battery pack and further comprises a battery replacing system used for battery replacing. The hoisting system comprises a first hoisting assembly sliding leftwards/rightwards and a first driving assembly driving the first hoisting assembly to move upwards/downwards, and a first grabbing assembly used for grabbing a battery pack is installed on the first hoisting assembly. The cache system comprises at least two sets of cache assemblies and pulleys used for enabling the cache assemblies to slide leftwards/rightwards. A parallel battery swap station layout mode is adopted, the defect that a conventional battery swap station is large in occupied area due to longitudinal layout is overcome, mirror image arrangement can be achieved, and the layout mode is flexible.
