The invention belongs to the technical field of hanging beams, and discloses an offshore steel cylinder vibration sinking construction coordinated hanging beam platform which comprises an annular box beam, the annular box beam is of a regular dodecagonal beam-shaped structure, a transition block is arranged in the center of the inner side of the annular box beam, and an annular embedding groove is formed in the outer side wall of the middle of the transition block; through the arrangement of the annular box girder, the transition block, the annular embedding groove, the main steel beam, the secondary steel beam, the first pedestal, the first fixing ring, the second pedestal and the second fixing ring, under the combined action of a conversion support, a lower hanging ring, an upper hanging ring, a connecting block, a supporting seat, a hanging rope and a hoisting pulley, the hoisting rope can be hoisted; the vibration sinking construction stability of the offshore steel cylinder can be improved through multi-point hoisting, meanwhile, the problem of uneven stress existing in the prior art is solved, and the safety coefficient of constructors in the working process can be effectively guaranteed under the condition that a hoisting upper opening of the steel cylinder is prevented from deforming.
