The invention relates to the technical field of unmanned aerial vehicle testing, and discloses an unmanned aerial vehicle on-line automatic testing platform system which comprises a testing conveying table, a tool plate, a power transmission assembly, a testing rack assembly, a jacking assembly, a control system and a testing system.The testing conveying table is of a hollow structure, the tool plate is arranged on the testing conveying table, and the power transmission assembly is arranged on the testing rack assembly. The lower portion of the tool plate is connected with the test bench assembly, the lower portion of the test bench assembly is connected with the jacking assembly, and the test conveying table is further provided with the power transmission assembly and the control system. According to the on-line automatic test platform system for the unmanned aerial vehicle, the multi-degree-of-freedom test sensor and the data acquisition module are used for testing and acquiring power of the unmanned aerial vehicle in an automatic loading state, simulated flight tests of all stages are completed through automatic control of the system, and the system is equipped with a power transmission assembly and is in butt joint with an assembly line, so that automatic positioning and clamping are realized; and after the test process is finished, automatic release is realized.

    本发明涉及无人机测试技术领域,公开了一种无人机在线自动测试平台系统,包括:测试输送台、工装板、动力传送组件、测试台架组件、顶升组件、控制系统以及测试系统,所述测试输送台为中空结构,所述测试输送台上设置所述工装板,所述工装板的下方连接所述测试台架组件,所述测试台架组件的下方连接所述顶升组件,所述测试输送台上还设置所述动力传送组件及所述控制系统。该无人机在线自动测试平台系统,用多自由度测试传感器及数据采集模块对无人机自动加载状态下的动力进行测试采集,通过系统的自动控制完成各阶段的模拟飞行测试,且装备动力传送组件,与组装线对接,实现自动定位夹紧,测试过程结束后自动放行,实现自动化。
