The wing panel is transversely arranged in a test environment, so that the wing panel rigidity assumption that the aspect ratio is greater than 5 can be fully met; the number and the position relation of the main shafts are changed, so that the number and the distance of constraint points of flapping wing panels are changed, the flapping wings are controlled to meet rigid body conditions, the requirements for testing hydrodynamic characteristics such as thrust, lateral force and torque and flow fields under different Reynolds numbers can be met, and the relation between hydrodynamic force and flapping wing structure parameters and motion parameters can be explored. According to the invention, an experimental basis and a design reference can be provided for the research of a bionic flapping wing propelled underwater vehicle in the next step.
