The invention discloses a wide-temperature-zone dredging heat-proof leading edge, and belongs to the technical field of thermal protection of high-speed aircrafts. The structure comprises a metal shell, densely-stacked ball capillary, reinforcing ribs, a working medium, a lattice structure, a metal pipeline, a storage tank, porous ceramics, a pressure switch and cooling fins. Wherein the metal shell is in the shape of a front edge. The densely-packed ball capillary is arranged on the inner surface of the metal shell, and the working medium is evenly adsorbed in the densely-packed ball capillary. The lattice structure and one end of the metal pipeline are connected with the metal shell, and the other end is connected with the storage tank. The porous ceramic and the pressure switch are arranged in different metal pipelines respectively, and the metal shell and the storage tank are isolated into two semi-sealed structures. The cooling fins are connected with the bottom of the storage tank. The dredging use temperature range is 600-2200 DEG C, the thermal stress of the dredging front edge can be greatly reduced, and the reliability and safety of dredging type thermal protection are improved.

    本发明公开了一种宽温区疏导防热前缘,属于高速飞行器热防护技术领域。该结构包括金属壳体、密堆球毛细、加强筋、工作介质、点阵结构、金属管路、储存罐、多孔陶瓷、压力开关和冷却翅片。其中,金属壳体呈前缘状外形。密堆球毛细置于金属壳体内表面,工作介质均匀吸附于密堆球毛细内。点阵结构和金属管路一端与金属壳体连接,另一端与储存罐连接。多孔陶瓷和压力开关分别置于不同金属管路中,将金属壳体和储存罐隔离成两个半密封结构。冷却翅片与储存罐底部连接。本发明疏导使用温度范围为600‑2200℃,能够大幅度降低疏导前缘的热应力,提高疏导式热防护的可靠性和安全性。
