The invention relates to a carrying precision control method for a single-propeller single-rudder stern type ship shafting after segmented boring. The carrying precision control method comprises the following steps: welding a triangular plate; a middle target is erected, and the distance between a joint of the bow section and the bottom front side section and the middle target is measured; marking a margin line of a first middle segment, marking the margin line, and detecting and recording a margin line error; irradiation targets are respectively mounted on the front and rear end surfaces of the stern shaft tube; erecting a central irradiation target; drawing a cross curve of the central irradiation target and the middle target; a laser instrument is placed and adjusted; adjusting the bow section to align the four targets; adjusting the bracket and fixing; loosening the lifting hook, and rechecking; the bow section is welded, and the welding sequence is recorded and corrected; and measuring the distance from the rear end face of the stern tube to the middle target and the deviation between the actual center line of the stern tube and the ship base line. According to the method, the shafting segmentation deviation precision can be accurately and rapidly judged, site constructors can conveniently and directly read data for precision adjustment in the process, the labor hour consumption in the dock total assembly carrying stage is reduced, and the aims of working procedure forward movement, cost reduction and efficiency improvement are achieved.
本发明涉及一种单桨单舵艉机型船舶轴系分段镗孔后搭载精度控制方法,包括焊接三角板;竖中间靶,测量艏部分段与底部前侧分段的接缝到中间靶的距离;划中间第一分段的余量线并标记,检测记录余量线误差;艉轴管前、后端面分别安装照光靶;竖立中心照光靶;划出中心照光靶和中间靶的十字线;放置激光仪并调整;调整艏部分段使四靶对齐;调整支架及固定;松掉吊钩,复检;焊接艏部分段并记录和修正焊接顺序;再测量艉管后端面到中间靶的距离及艉管实际中心线与船体基线的偏差。本发明可准确快速判断出轴系分段偏差精度,方便现场施工人员直接读取数据用于过程中精度调整,减少了船坞总组搭载阶段的工时消耗,实现了工序前移、降本增效的目标。
