The seat mechanism has a sitting posture state, a lying posture state and a zero-gravity state between the sitting posture state and the lying posture state, and the included angle between the first plane and the second plane in the zero-gravity state is larger than the included angle between the first plane and the second plane in the sitting posture state and smaller than the included angle between the first plane and the second plane in the lying posture state; in the zero-gravity state, the front portion of the seat is higher than the rear portion of the seat, a first included angle larger than zero is formed between the first plane and the horizontal plane, and a second included angle larger than zero is formed between the second plane and the horizontal plane, so that the heart and the knees of the sitter are located at the same height. The seat mechanism and the carrier have the zero-gravity state, and the optimal comfort can be provided in the zero-gravity state.
