The invention discloses an anti-side-rolling device with flexible rigidity, a rail transit vehicle and a calculation method for variable anti-side-rolling rigidity. A torsion bar is connected with an inner hole of a bearing seat through an elastic bush, and the two ends of the torsion bar are connected with a tension and compression bar through rocker arms. The elastic bush comprises a framework inner ring, a framework shell and a plurality of layers of rubber with gaps and notches, and the hardness of the inner layer of rubber is higher than that of the outer layer of rubber. The elastic bushing in the bearing seat of the anti-side-rolling device is arranged to be of a multi-layer rubber-metal structure, so that the radial rigidity of the elastic bushing is in gradient change, the radial rigidity of the elastic bushing is in a low level during initial deformation, the radial displacement of the elastic bushing is controlled and a deformation space is provided in a manner of increasing rubber gaps or avoiding positions, and the anti-side-rolling effect is improved. The radial displacement of the elastic bushing and the torsional displacement of the torsion bar are combined and converted into the side rolling displacement of the whole set of anti-side-rolling device, and the system rigidity change curve of the flexible rigidity anti-side-rolling device can be accurately predicted and calculated.

    本发明公开了一种柔性刚度的抗侧滚装置、轨道交通车辆及抗侧滚刚度可变的计算方法,所述扭力杆通过弹性衬套和轴承座内孔连接,扭力杆两端通过摇臂与拉压杆连接。所述弹性衬套包括骨架内圈、骨架外壳和设有空隙缺口的多层橡胶,内层橡胶的硬度比外层橡胶硬度高。本发明将抗侧滚装置轴承座内的弹性衬套设置为多层橡胶‑金属结构,使其径向刚度呈现梯度变化,使其在初始变形时的径向刚度呈现较低水平,配合增加橡胶空隙或避位的方式控制弹性衬套径向位移量和提供变形空间,使弹性衬套的径向位移和扭杆的扭转位移结合转变为整套抗侧滚装置的侧滚位移,可以准确预测和计算柔性刚度抗侧滚装置系统刚度变化曲线。
