The invention discloses a vehicle starting and stopping device and a control method. The vehicle starting and stopping device comprises an input electromagnetic clutch assembly, a volute spring, a bypass speed reduction transmission mechanism, an output electromagnetic clutch assembly and a controller, and the bypass speed reduction transmission mechanism is connected with the outer end of the volute spring and the input electromagnetic clutch assembly; the input electromagnetic clutch assembly comprises a first friction clutch and a first one-way clutch, the first friction clutch controls on-off of power transmission between an output shaft of the gearbox and the bypass speed reduction transmission mechanism, and the first one-way clutch limits the outer end of the volute spring to only rotate in the energy storage direction. The output electromagnetic clutch assembly comprises a second friction clutch and a second one-way clutch, the second friction clutch is used for locking or releasing the inner end of the volute spring, and the second one-way clutch limits the inner end of the volute spring to only drive the input shaft of the gearbox to operate during forward rotation. Braking energy is recycled through the volute spring and used for starting the engine, and the influence on braking force is reduced.
本发明公开了一种车辆启停装置及控制方法,包括输入电磁离合器总成、蜗卷弹簧、旁路减速传动机构、输出电磁离合器总成和控制器,旁路减速传动机构连接蜗卷弹簧的外端和输入电磁离合器总成;输入电磁离合器总成包括第一摩擦离合器和第一单向离合器,第一摩擦离合器控制变速箱的输出轴与旁路减速传动机构之间动力传动的通断,第一单向离合器限制蜗卷弹簧的外端仅能向储能方向转动;输出电磁离合器总成包括第二摩擦离合器和第二单向离合器,第二摩擦离合器用于锁止或释放蜗卷弹簧的内端,第二单向单向离合器限制蜗卷弹簧的内端仅能在正转时驱动变速箱的输入轴运转。本发明利用蜗卷弹簧对制动能量进行回收并用于起动发动机,减少对制动力的影响。
