According to the commercial vehicle heat management system using the carbon dioxide refrigerant and the control method, the high-pressure side of a compressor is connected with a first port of a four-way valve through a bypass valve, a second port of the four-way valve is connected with an exterior heat exchanger, and the exterior heat exchanger is connected with an interior heat exchanger through a first electronic expansion valve and a third one-way valve; the other end of the in-vehicle heat exchanger is connected with a third port of the four-way valve, the refrigerant is connected to the heat regenerator through a fourth port of the four-way valve, the heat regenerator is connected with the gas-liquid separator, and the gas-liquid separator is connected to the low-pressure side of the compressor; the bypass valve is connected with the hot water heat exchanger in parallel; the air outlet side of the heat regenerator is connected with a first electronic expansion valve through a fourth one-way valve and enters the outside-vehicle heat exchanger through the first electronic expansion valve. And a second one-way valve is arranged on a pipeline between the first electronic expansion valve and the second electronic expansion valve. The refrigerating capacity of the air conditioner is improved, battery heat management is achieved, meanwhile, waste heat of a whole vehicle system is recycled through a water path, and the heating capacity of the air conditioner is improved.

    一种使用二氧化碳制冷剂的商用车热管理系统及控制方法,压缩机的高压侧通过旁通阀连接四通阀的第一端口,四通阀第二端口连接车外换热器,车外换热器通过第一电子膨胀阀、第三单向阀连接车内换热器,车内换热器的另一端连接四通阀的第三端口,冷媒通过四通阀的第四端口连接至回热器,回热器连接气液分离器,气液分离器连接至压缩机的低压侧;所述的旁通阀与热水换热器并联连接;回热器的出气侧通过第四单向阀连接第一电子膨胀阀,通过第一电子膨胀阀进入车外换热器;在第一电子膨胀阀与第二电子膨胀阀之间的管路上设置有第二单向阀。本发明提升空调制冷能力,又可以在实现电池热管理的同时通过水路回收整车系统废热,提升空调采暖能力。
