According to the method, the user mobile phone signaling data obtained from the communicator company has the advantages of being high in temporal-spatial resolution, large in data size, high in real-time dynamic performance and the like, and compared with a traditional resident investigation method, the effect is better, and the cost is lower. According to the invention, an important basis can be provided for digital transformation of traffic planning and management.
本发明公开了一种基于手机信令数据的个体出行活动预测方法及系统,通过通讯商公司提供的手机信令数据和基站数据,采用经纬度信息匹配、无效冗余数据清洗、异常数据处理和回切数据处理获取预处理的手机信令数据;在此基础上,采用分层聚合算法识别出行活动锚点,提取个体出行活动特征信息数据;根据原始时空信息和出行活动信息数据,构建CNN‑GRU‑Self‑Attention模型进行个体出行活动预测,输出个体未来出行活动位置信息预测结果。该方法从通讯商公司获取的用户手机信令数据具有时空分辨率高,数据量大,实时动态性强等特点,相较于传统居民调查方法效果更好、成本更低。本发明能够为交通规划与管理的数字化转型提供重要基础。
