The invention discloses a fuel cell anode pressure control method and device, and the method comprises the steps: calculating the internal consumed hydrogen pressure of a galvanic pile according to the current density of the galvanic pile, the number of cells, the effective active area of the cells, the volume of an anode and the gas temperature of an anode side reaction when a DV valve is opened; according to the valve circulation cross sectional area, the pressure intensity of the gas flowing into the DV valve, the pressure intensity of the gas flowing out of the DV valve, the anode volume and the temperature of the gas flowing into the DV valve, the exhaust hydrogen pressure of the DV valve is calculated; hydrogen feedback pressure fed back to the anode inlet by the hydrogen circulating pump is calculated according to the pressure ratio of the hydrogen circulating pump, the rotating speed of the hydrogen circulating pump and the temperature of gas flowing into the hydrogen circulating pump; and compensating the pressure value of the control proportional valve in real time according to a preset anode pressure initial value for controlling the opening degree of the proportional valve, the internal consumed hydrogen pressure of the electric pile, the discharged hydrogen pressure of the DV valve and the hydrogen feedback pressure. Anode pressure fluctuation can be reduced when the exhaust valve is opened, and the service life of the fuel cell is prolonged.

    本发明公开一种燃料电池阳极压力控制方法及装置,在DV阀开启时,根据电堆的电流密度、电池片数、电池有效活性面积、阳极体积及阳极侧反应的气体温度,计算电堆内部消耗氢气压力;根据阀门流通横截面积、流入DV阀的气体压强、流出DV阀的气体压强、阳极体积及流入DV阀的气体温度,计算DV阀的排出氢气压力;根据氢气循环泵的压比值、氢气循环泵的转速及流入氢气循环泵的气体温度,计算氢气循环泵反馈回阳极入口的氢气反馈压力;根据预设的控制比例阀开度的阳极压力初始值、电堆内部消耗氢气压力、DV阀的排出氢气压力及氢气反馈压力,对控制比例阀的压力值进行实时补偿。可以减小排气阀开启时阳极压力的波动,延长燃料电池寿命。
