The invention discloses a braking system solenoid valve fault diagnosis method based on wavelet packet analysis and a BP neural network. The method is used for rapidly positioning a fault solenoid valve and diagnosing a fault reason. According to the method, firstly, the working current of the electromagnetic valve of the braking system is collected in real time through vehicle-mounted equipment, then a fault diagnosis model is operated through a calculation processing unit of the vehicle-mounted equipment, and the fault diagnosis model adopts wavelet packet analysis to perform three-layer decomposition on original current signals collected by the vehicle-mounted equipment; energy characteristics of different frequency bands are extracted based on an energy entropy mode, and finally, the extracted energy characteristics are classified by adopting a BP neural network algorithm. The effectiveness of the method is verified in simulation data and real object fault data, and the method is used for fault diagnosis of the electromagnetic valve of the rail vehicle braking system, so that the handling efficiency of rail traffic maintenance personnel is greatly improved.

    本发明公开了一种基于小波包分析与BP神经网络的制动系统电磁阀故障诊断的方法,用来快速定位到故障电磁阀并诊断故障原因。该方法首先通过车载设备实时采集制动系统电磁阀的工作电流,然后通过车载设备计算处理单元运行故障诊断模型,其中故障诊断模型采用小波包分析对车载设备采集的原始电流信号进行3层分解,然后,采用基于能量熵的方式提取不同频段的能量特征,最后采用BP神经网络算法对提取出的能量特征进行分类。所提方法的有效性在仿真数据和实物故障数据中得到了验证,用于轨道车辆制动系统电磁阀的故障诊断极大地提高了轨道交通检修人员的处置效率。
