The invention provides a design method of a pressing plate structure, and relates to the technical field of vehicles. According to the design method of the pressing plate structure, the pressing plate structure is divided into a contact pressure passivation area and a contact pressure sensitive area, and the selected contact pressure sensitive area faces the second radius of the surface of the plate spring and the size of the pressing plate structure in the third direction so that the contact pressure sensitive area can be located on the side, back to the plate spring, of the datum plane. When the pressing plate structure is applied to the plate spring assembly, the deformation quantity of the position, corresponding to the contact pressure sensitive area, of the plate spring is large, and the contact pressure sensitive area is located on the side, back to the plate spring, of the datum plane. When the plate spring is in a free state, the contact pressure sensitive area does not make contact with the plate spring, and when the plate spring is stressed to deform, the load applied to the plate spring by the contact pressure sensitive area is reduced, so that the risk of crushing of the composite material plate spring is reduced, the fatigue life of the plate spring is prolonged, and the reliability and durability of a suspension system are improved.

    本发明提供一种压板结构的设计方法,涉及车辆技术领域。压板结构的设计方法将压板结构划分为接触压力钝化区和接触压力敏感区,选取的接触压力敏感区朝向板簧的表面的第二半径和压板结构在第三方向上的尺寸能够使接触压力敏感区位于基准平面的背对板簧的一侧。在将压板结构应用在板簧总成中时,板簧与接触压力敏感区对应的位置处的形变量较大,由于接触压力敏感区位于基准平面的背对板簧的一侧。在板簧处于自由状态时,接触压力敏感区与板簧不接触,在板簧受力变形时,接触压力敏感区对板簧施加的载荷减小,从而降低了复合材料板簧压溃的风险,提升了板簧的疲劳寿命,进而提升了悬架系统的可靠和耐久性。
