The invention belongs to the technical field of airplane and engine electric heating deicing, and discloses an airplane electric heating deicing unsteady state process prediction method and device and a medium, and the method comprises the steps: firstly calculating an air flow field and a water drop field, obtaining an external convective heat transfer coefficient and a water drop impact amount result, and providing external data for deicing unsteady state simulation calculation; during unsteady state simulation calculation, through coupling iteration of the exchange boundary, the icing/ice melting rate and temperature distribution are obtained, and the icing amount and the overflow state are updated according to the icing/ice melting rate and the temperature distribution. In the coupling iteration of the exchange boundary, an overflow phase change calculation process and a flow guide calculation process are included, and the overflow phase change calculation result and the flow guide calculation result serve as boundary conditions for executing flow guide and overflow phase change correspondingly. And a theoretical basis is provided for deicing effect analysis and electric heating deicing strategy design.

    本发明属于飞机和发动机电热除冰技术领域,公开一种飞机电热除冰非稳态过程预测方法、装置及介质,其中方法首先计算空气流场和水滴场,得到外部对流换热系数和水滴撞击量结果,为除冰非稳态仿真计算提供外部数据。非稳态仿真计算时,通过交换边界的耦合迭代,得到结冰/融冰速率和温度分布,并根据结冰/融冰速率和温度分布更新结冰量和溢流状态。在交换边界的耦合迭代中,包括溢流相变和导流两个计算流程,溢流相变和导流的计算结果分别作为执行导流和溢流相变的边界条件,本发明能够获得除冰过程中的表面温度、结冰厚度的瞬时变化结果,为除冰效果分析及电加热除冰策略设计提供理论依据。
