The invention provides a method for measuring the heat exchange efficiency of a heat exchanger and a vehicle, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining a temperature difference value between a first medium at a hot side channel inlet and a second medium at a cold side channel inlet; the heat exchange amount of the first medium flowing through the hot side channel is obtained; and obtaining a first heat capacity rate of the first medium at the hot side channel inlet, obtaining a second heat capacity rate of the second medium at the cold side channel inlet, and obtaining the heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchanger through a formula according to the temperature difference value, the heat exchange amount, the first heat capacity rate and the second heat capacity rate. The thermodynamic parameters of the first medium of the heat exchanger in the hot side channel and the thermodynamic parameters of the second medium of the heat exchanger in the cold side channel are directly obtained, calculation can be achieved by additionally installing a corresponding measuring sensor in the heat exchanger in the vehicle, and the obtaining mode of the heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchanger is greatly simplified; and the data result of the heat exchange efficiency is closer to the actual operation of the whole vehicle, and the data error is reduced.

    本发明提供了一种换热器的换的效率的测量方法及车辆,其中,测量方法包括:获取第一介质在热侧通道入口和第二介质在冷侧通道入口的温度差值;获取第一介质流经热侧通道后的换热量;获取第一介质在热侧通道入口的第一热容率,获取第二介质在冷侧通道入口的第二热容率,根据温度差值、换热量、第一热容率和第二热容率,通过公式得到换热器的换热效率。直接获得换热器在热侧通道内第一介质的热力学参数,以及直接获得换热器在冷侧通道内第二介质的热力学参数,通过在车辆内换热器加装对应的测量传感器即可实现计算,大大简化了对换热器换热效率的获取方式,并且换热效率的数据结果更切贴近整车实际运行,减小数据误差。
