The invention discloses an elevator anti-pinch method and system and an automatic door anti-pinch method and system. The elevator anti-pinch method comprises the steps that in response to acquired preset elevator car door state information, an imaging device used for preventing pinch is started; the imaging device projects laser to a part of a slit area after being started and images the part of the slit area based on reflected light of the projected laser, and the slit area corresponds to a long and narrow part between the car door and the corridor elevator door; and on the basis of the imaging image, it is judged that shielding exists in the part of the slit area, and a car door opening signal is generated. According to the invention, the conventional depth camera is installed as an anti-pinch imaging device and only carries out imaging on a limited area before the automatic door is closed, so that the imaging device can focus on detection of a shielding object before the automatic door is closed, and efficient anti-pinch detection is realized at extremely low cost.
