The invention discloses an emergency manual-automatic integrated ship mooring rope quick releasing and unhooking device which comprises a base, an unhooking mechanism and a driving mechanism. The unhooking mechanism comprises an unhooking base, a hook body and a lever, the hook body and the lever are hinged to the unhooking base, and the bottoms of the hook body and the lever are meshed to form a closed structure to connect the mooring rope. The driving mechanism comprises a manual assembly, a pneumatic assembly and a conversion assembly; the manual assembly comprises a hand wheel, a manual cylinder barrel, a transmission screw and a transmission nut. The pneumatic assembly comprises an air cylinder body, a piston component and an air cylinder rod. The conversion assembly comprises a steel ball frame and a second guide sleeve. According to the unhooking device, remote pneumatic control under the emergency condition and field manual release under the general condition are perfectly combined, the problem that the operation mode of an existing product is single is solved, and the release action of the heavy-load hook body can be rapidly completed through the amplification effect of the lever.
