The invention discloses an E-Bike chain-free power assisting system which comprises a power assisting bicycle. The power-assisted bicycle comprises a generator, a generator controller, pedals, a motor, a motor controller and a battery. The pedals are in transmission connection with a rotor of the generator through a crank, and the generator and the battery are installed on the power-assisted bicycle. The motor is in driving connection with a rear wheel of the power-assisted bicycle; when the pedals are treaded, the generator generates electricity, and the motor drives the power-assisted bicycle to advance; when the pedals are not treaded, the motor stops driving the power-assisted bicycle to advance until the motor stops driving the power-assisted bicycle; the motor controller is used for adjusting the speed of the power-assisted bicycle according to the change of the pedaling frequency and pedaling force of the pedals collected by the generator controller; a rider can start the bicycle more easily and has more comfortable pedaling frequency at a high speed; when the electric quantity of the battery is low, the output power of the generator is increased by increasing magnetic resistance, so that the long endurance of the power-assisted bicycle is realized; and the comfort is ensured while long endurance is considered.
