The invention discloses an automotive trim composite material and a manufacturing process, and the automotive trim composite material comprises a stone layer which is a natural or natural-like material with lines and has the thickness of 0.1-3mm; the coating is a polyethylene or UV coating sprayed on the upper surface of the stone layer, and the thickness of the coating is 0.002-1.2 mm; the framework layer is arranged on the lower surface of the stone layer so as to form the basic thickness and strength of the composite material; wherein the stone layer and the framework layer are fixed into a whole in a bonding mode. The automotive trim composite material has the advantage of low cost; and moreover, the production yield is high, and the personalized aesthetic requirements of the automotive trim can be quickly met.
