Adjusting the switching period of a switching tube in the post-stage DC/DC converter according to the frequency conversion control strategy; according to the output ripple control strategy, a switching period compensation result is obtained through calculation according to the output ripple change trend, and the switching period of a switching tube in a post-stage DC/DC converter is further adjusted on the basis of frequency conversion control so as to suppress the output ripple. Compared with the prior art, the direct-current charging pile module only adopts the non-electrolytic capacitor, so that the service life and the reliability of the whole direct-current charging pile module are improved; the output of a post-stage DC/DC converter is stabilized near an expected value through a frequency conversion control strategy, and an additional output ripple control strategy is used for solving the problem that the output ripple is relatively large under the condition of no electrolytic capacitor.
本发明公开了一种无电解电容的直流充电桩模块及其输出纹波控制方法,直流充电桩模块中仅采用非电解电容,输出纹波控制方法包括变频控制策略和输出纹波控制策略。变频控制策略调节后级DC/DC变换器中开关管的开关周期;输出纹波控制策略根据输出纹波变化趋势计算得到开关周期补偿结果,在变频控制的基础上进一步调节后级DC/DC变换器中开关管的开关周期,以抑制输出纹波。与现有技术相比,本发明直流充电桩模块仅采用非电解电容,提高整个直流充电桩模块的使用寿命和可靠性;通过变频控制策略使后级DC/DC变换器的输出稳定在所期望的值附近,一个额外的输出纹波控制策略用于解决无电解电容情况下输出纹波较大的问题。
