The lower included angle between the first clamping rod and the second clamping rod is smaller than 180 degrees. One side of the first vertical rod is provided with an electroscope, an electricity testing probe of the electroscope is electrically connected with the first clamping rod, and the first vertical rod and the second vertical rod are fixedly connected with balancing weights, so that the overall gravity center of the suspension bracket, the electroscope and the balancing weights is located below the high-voltage line during electricity testing.
