The sampler comprises an unmanned aerial vehicle body and a sampling module, the sampling module is mounted at the bottom of the unmanned aerial vehicle body and comprises a sampling block, a plurality of cavities formed in the sampling block, a telescopic piece and a piston plate; the telescopic piece comprises a fixed end and a telescopic end, the fixed end is connected with the sampling block, and the telescopic end is connected with the piston plate; the upper part of the cavity is communicated with the external space of the sampling block, and the lower part of the cavity is provided with a valve module; the piston plate is in interference fit with the cavity and can move in the axial direction of the cavity; and the valve module is opened when the telescopic end of the telescopic piece moves, and is closed when the telescopic end of the telescopic piece stops moving.
