The invention discloses an overhead line system-track collaborative comprehensive inspection system and a method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: analyzing time sequence data of a vehicle body vibration amplitude value by adopting a data processing and analysis algorithm based on artificial intelligence and deep learning; in this way, the local change characteristics of the vibration amplitude of the vehicle body in the time sequence and the overall vibration mode in the full time domain are captured and depicted, so that a vibration compensation parameter result is calculated to carry out parameter compensation on measurement parameter values influenced by vibration in a measurement system, such as measurement values of geometric parameters of a contact network. The contact network coordinates and geometric parameters are corrected through the vibration compensation parameters, so that the measurement result is consistent with the measurement value of the vehicle in a static state. Therefore, data correction based on vibration influence can be automatically carried out on the geometric parameters of the overhead line system, so that more accurate measurement data is provided, a basis is provided for subsequent data analysis and detection, and a railway management department is helped to more effectively manage and maintain rail traffic infrastructures.
