The invention discloses a high-altitude operation machine. The high-altitude operation machine comprises a rotary table, an arm frame, a first arm frame luffing mechanism and a second arm frame luffing mechanism. One end of the arm frame is hinged with a working platform, and the other end is hinged with a support; the first boom luffing mechanism is hinged between the support and the boom and is used for driving the boom to swing relative to the support; the second arm frame luffing mechanism is hinged between the support and the rotary table and used for driving the support to swing, and the direction in which the second arm frame luffing mechanism drives the support to swing is opposite to the direction in which the first arm frame luffing mechanism drives the arm frame to swing. During operation, compared with single variable-amplitude rotary motion in the prior art, the first arm frame variable-amplitude mechanism and the second arm frame variable-amplitude mechanism which are independent are adopted to drive the arm frame to achieve two variable-amplitude motion, and the operation platform can have higher freedom degree and operation selection; and more operation choices can enable an operator to arrive at an operation position more quickly and more easily, so that the working efficiency can be improved, and the applicable occasions of the machine are increased.
