The invention discloses a lifting tower type aerial work platform and a control method thereof. The lifting tower type aerial work platform comprises a power device and a walking device. The supporting legs are rotationally connected with the walking device, and the rotated supporting legs can support the walking device away from the ground; the supporting legs do telescopic motion through the supporting leg oil cylinders; the lifting tower is arranged on the walking device and performs lifting and falling movement through a lifting tower oil cylinder; the rotary table is rotationally connected with the end part of the lifting tower through a slewing bearing; the slewing center of the slewing bearing coincides with the center of the supporting leg; the arm frame mechanism is arranged on the rotary table and ascends and descends along with the lifting tower; a vertical lifting tower structure is adopted, the rotation center can coincide with the center of a supporting leg, 360-degree arbitrary rotation is achieved under the condition that parameters such as the weight of a rotation part, the weight of a non-rotation part, the span of the supporting leg, the maximum operation amplitude and the load of a working bucket are not changed, and the tipping moment in each direction is relatively minimum; therefore, the high-altitude action platform designed by the invention can effectively improve the working stability.
本发明公开了一种升降塔式高空作业平台及其控制方法,包括动力装置和行走装置;还包括:支腿,与行走装置之间转动连接,转动后的支腿能够将行走装置支撑离开地面;支腿通过支腿油缸做伸缩运动;升降塔,设在行走装置上,通过升降塔油缸进行举升和降落运动;转台,通过回转支承与升降塔的端部转动连接;回转支承的回转中心与支腿的中心重合;臂架机构,设置在转台上,随升降塔一同举升和降落运动;采用垂直升降塔的结构,能够将回转中心与支腿中心重合,在回转部分重量、非回转部分重量、支腿跨距、最大作业幅度、工作斗载荷等参数不变的情况,360°任意回转,各方向的倾翻力矩相对最小;借此,本申请设计的高空作用平台能够有效提高工作的稳定性。
