The invention discloses a suspension arm construction safety monitoring and early warning method which comprises the following steps: (1) building a 3D point cloud model of a live construction area, and inputting coordinate information for live equipment in the 3D point cloud model; setting a safety distance threshold value for electrified equipment in the 3D point cloud model; (2) during construction of the suspension arm, acquiring coordinate position information of the suspension arm in real time and converting the coordinate position information into coordinates of the suspension arm under a point cloud coordinate system; and under the point cloud coordinate system, the distance between the position of the suspension arm and the position of the electrified equipment is calculated, and when the distance is smaller than a set threshold value, risk early warning information is sent out. According to the scheme, early warning reminding is carried out in an automatic recognition mode, and the construction safety of the suspension arm in the electrified range of a power grid and the like is improved.
本发明公开了一种吊臂施工安全监测预警方法,包括:(1)搭建带电施工区域的3D点云模型,为3D点云模型中带电设备输入坐标信息;对3D点云模型中带电设备设置安全距离阈值;(2)在吊臂施工时,实时采集吊臂坐标位置信息并转换为点云坐标系下的吊臂坐标;在点云坐标系下,计算吊臂位置与带电设备位置之间的距离,当距离小于设定阈值时,发出风险预警信息。本方案通过自动识别的方式进行预警提醒,提高吊臂在电网等带电范围内的施工安全性。
