The cantilever crane beam comprises a stand column supporting frame; the reverse prestress mechanism comprises a supporting truss, an upper steel plate, a lower steel plate and two layers of prestress cables, the supporting truss is connected between the two adjacent stand column supporting frames, the upper steel plate and the lower steel plate are arranged at the top and the bottom of the supporting truss respectively, the two layers of prestress cables penetrate through the supporting truss between the upper steel plate and the lower steel plate, and the two ends of the two layers of prestress cables are anchored to the two adjacent stand column supporting frames; the two ends of the first crane beam are welded and fixed to the supporting platform, the upper flange and the lower flange of the first crane beam are welded and connected with the upper steel plate and the lower steel plate respectively, and one side of a web is welded and fixed to the supporting truss; one end of each cantilever crane beam is fixedly welded with the other side of the web of the first crane beam, and the other end of each cantilever crane beam is vertically welded with an H-shaped short beam downwards. Reverse bending moment is applied to the supporting truss through the reverse prestress mechanism, deformation of the supporting truss is reduced, and the bearing capacity of the whole structure is improved.
本发明涉及一种用于工业厂房的悬臂式吊车梁、壁行式悬臂吊车系统。悬臂式吊车梁包括:立柱支撑架;反向预应力机构,包括支撑桁架、上、下钢板以及两层预应力索,支撑桁架连接于相邻两个立柱支撑架之间,上、下钢板分别设在支撑桁架的顶部和底部,两层预应力索在上、下钢板之间穿设于支撑桁架,其两端锚固于相邻两个立柱支撑架;第一吊车梁,其两端焊接固定于支撑平台,第一吊车梁的上、下翼缘分别与上、下钢板焊接连接,腹板一侧与支撑桁架焊接固定;多根悬臂吊车梁,一端与第一吊车梁的腹板另一侧焊接固定,另一端向下垂直焊接有H型短梁。本发明利用反向预应力机构对支撑桁架施加反向弯矩,减小其变形,提高整体结构的承载能力。
