本发明公开一种电梯安全回路开关在线探测系统构建方法,在电梯井道底坑增加一个底部地址码识别板,把底坑的限速器涨紧开关、缓冲器开关、补偿装置字回路开关、对重缓冲开关、下强迫极限开关通过第一在线检测隔离电路与底部地址码识别板一一对应,底部地址码识别板再通过总线把相关数据传送到主控板;在电梯井道顶层增加一个顶部地址码识别板,把顶层的高台急停开关、盘车开关、相序检测开关、ARD应急柜、控制柜、断绳保护开关、限速器开关、上强迫极限开关、夹绳器开关通过第二在线检测隔离电路与顶部地址码识别板一一对应,顶部地址码识别板再通过总线把相关数据传送到主控板。本发明可实现电梯安全回路故障判断,为电梯实现智能化创造条件。
