The device comprises a power supply, a main control board, three driving boards, three flywheel actuators and a gyroscope board, the three driving plates respectively drive one flywheel actuator; the main control board obtains an attitude control instruction according to the real-time acceleration and angular velocity of the hollow sphere equipment obtained by the gyroscope board, and distributes the attitude control instruction to the three driving boards; power supply and CAN (Controller Area Network) communication are carried out among the three driving boards and the main control board of the battery in an interface cascading manner; the three flywheel actuators are installed on the X axis, the Y axis and the Z axis of an orthogonal coordinate system with the sphere center as the circle center respectively. The reaction torque generated by rotation of each flywheel actuator enables the hollow sphere equipment to perform attitude maneuver around the rotation direction of the flywheel actuator, and the effects of the three flywheel actuators are combined with one another to realize three-dimensional attitude maneuver of the hollow sphere equipment.
