The invention discloses an anti-fatigue longitudinal beam assembly, a frame and a mine car, relates to the field of mine trucks, and aims to improve the bearing characteristic of the anti-fatigue longitudinal beam assembly. The anti-fatigue longitudinal beam assembly comprises two anti-fatigue longitudinal beams which are symmetrically arranged relative to the center line of the width direction of the anti-fatigue longitudinal beam assembly in a spaced mode, and each anti-fatigue longitudinal beam comprises a first box body, a second box body and a third box body. The first box bodies are constructed to be unequal in height, and the first box bodies are constructed to be equal in strength; the second box bodies are constructed to be unequal in height, and the second box bodies are constructed to be equal in strength; the third box bodies are constructed to be unequal in height, and the third box bodies are constructed to be equal in strength; wherein the second box body is located between the first box body and the third box body. According to the technical scheme, not only is the weight light, but also the bending rigidity and the strength are very high, and the anti-fatigue capability is very good.

    本发明公开了一种抗疲劳纵梁组件、车架以及矿车,涉及矿用货车领域,用以提高抗疲劳纵梁组件的承载特性。抗疲劳纵梁组件间隔布置的两个相对于所述抗疲劳纵梁组件的宽度方向的中心线对称布置的抗疲劳纵梁,每个抗疲劳纵梁各自包括第一箱体、第二箱体以及第三箱体。第一箱体被构造为非等高的,且各个第一箱体被构造为等强度的;第二箱体被构造为非等高的,且各个第二箱体被构造为等强度的;第三箱体被构造为非等高的,且各个第三箱体被构造为等强度的;其中,第二箱体位于第一箱体和第三箱体之间。上述技术方案,不仅重量轻,且具有很高的抗弯刚度及强度,具备很好的抗疲劳能力。
