According to the hydraulic drive-by-wire multi-shaft steering system and the control method thereof, when it is detected that a vehicle is in a high-pressure state, all constant displacement pumps are controlled to be in an open state; if the steering request is received and all the metering pumps are in the open state, all the stop valves are controlled to be in the closed state, and the total flow of hydraulic oil needed for steering is determined according to the steering request; the total flow of hydraulic oil required by steering is distributed to all the metering pumps; controlling each constant displacement pump to extract hydraulic oil from the oil tank; and according to the opening degrees of all the proportional valves in the executing mechanism, all the extracted hydraulic oil is distributed to steering oil cylinders corresponding to all the proportional valves to control a wheel steering mechanism to rotate. The stop valve is controlled to be in a closed state only when steering is needed, so that redundant electric energy is prevented from being consumed during straight driving, and the economical efficiency of the system is improved; the flow of the hydraulic oil is accurately controlled through a plurality of metering pumps; effective switching of hydraulic oil ways is achieved based on the multiple stop valves, and the reliability and safety of the system are improved.
本发明提供一种液压驱动的线控多轴转向系统及其控制方法,当检测到车辆处于高压状态时,控制所有定量泵处于开启状态;若接收到转向请求且所有定量泵处于开启状态,则控制所有截止阀处于关闭状态,并根据转向请求确定转向所需液压油总流量;将转向所需液压油总流量分配至所有定量泵;控制每个定量泵从油箱中抽取液压油;根据执行机构中所有比例阀开度将抽取到的所有液压油分配至每个比例阀对应的转向油缸控制车轮转向机构进行转动。在有转向需求时才控制截止阀处于关闭状态,以避免在直线行驶时耗费多余的电能,提高系统经济性;通过多个定量泵实现对液压油流量的精准控制;基于多个截止阀实现对液压油路的有效切换,提高了系统的可靠性和安全性。
