The invention discloses a heavy duty vehicle composite transmission type dual-mode electric power steering gear control method which comprises the following steps: obtaining a motor target power torque relational expression according to the structure principle of an electric power steering gear; according to an actual measurement test condition, obtaining a characteristic function of a motor target power-assisted torque and hand power of a driver, a vehicle speed and a wheel steering angle; defining piecewise functions of the hand power of the driver under different working conditions of pivot steering, low speed, medium speed and high speed; substituting the hand power piecewise function of the driver into the target power-assisted torque characteristic function of the motor to obtain a key characteristic function calculation basic method of the target power-assisted torque of the motor, the vehicle speed and the wheel steering angle; and obtaining a function relational expression of the target current of the power-assisted motor along with the vehicle speed and the steering wheel torque. According to the scheme, the intelligent power-assisted characteristic function is improved, the power-assisted motor target current formula based on the vehicle speed change is deduced and used for steering gear motor current tracking control, the low-speed controllability and the high-speed stability of the vehicle are optimized, and a driver obtains good road feeling.

    本申请公开了一种重型车复合传动式双模电动助力转向器控制方法,根据电动转向器结构原理,获得电机目标助力转矩关系式;根据实测测试情况,获得电机目标助力转矩与驾驶员手力、车速、车轮转向角的特征函数;定义驾驶员手力在原地转向、低速、中速、高速不同工况下分段函数;将驾驶员手力分段函数代入电机目标助力转矩特征函数,获得电机目标助力转矩与车速、车轮转向角的关键特性函数计算基本方法;获得助力电机目标电流随车速、方向盘转矩变化的函数关系式。本方案改进了智能助力特征函数,推导出基于车速变化的助力电机目标电流公式,用于转向器电机电流跟踪控制,优化了车辆的低速操控性与高速稳定性,使驾驶员获得良好的路感。
