The magnet exciting coil on the magneto-rheological valve is electrified to generate a magnetic field, the magneto-rheological fluid presents the characteristics of high viscosity and low fluidity through magnetization of the magnetic field, damping force is provided, meanwhile, the magneto-rheological fluid is pushed to enter the cushion through the connecting pipe, the size of the air bag part in the cushion is changed, and therefore the height of the single side of the cushion is changed, and the overall vibration reduction effect is achieved.
本发明公开了一种磁流变减振座垫,包括坐垫和缸筒,坐垫包括坐垫本体和设置于坐垫本体内部的气囊部,气囊部内具有容纳腔室,气囊部可膨胀或收缩改变坐垫本体的高度;缸筒设置于坐垫的下方,缸筒上设置有液压腔室和磁流变阀,液压腔室与容纳腔室流通,液压腔室内储存有可被驱使流动的磁流变液,通过磁流变液的流动使气囊部膨胀或收缩,磁流变阀上设置有励磁线圈,通过励磁线圈的电流大小控制磁场强度实现阻尼力调整。磁流变阀上的励磁线圈通电后产生磁场,磁流变液经过磁场的磁化呈现出高粘度和低流动性的特性,提供阻尼力,同时推动磁流变液通过连接管进入坐垫中,改变坐垫中气囊部的体积,从而改变坐垫单侧的高度,达到整体减振的效果。
