The invention provides a vehicle power battery thermal runaway early warning method, system and device and a storage medium, and relates to the technical field of power batteries, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the temperature data and voltage data of each cell when a vehicle power battery is charged; the temperature change rate of each battery cell is calculated according to the temperature data, and the voltage difference value of two adjacent frames of each battery cell is calculated according to the voltage data; identifying the abnormal battery cell according to the temperature change rate and the voltage difference value, and sending a cloud thermal runaway early warning signal; and performing vehicle end thermal runaway early warning on the vehicle according to the cloud end thermal runaway early warning signal. According to the method, the temperature growth rate and the temperature growth rate difference value in the charging process of the power battery are analyzed and judged in a short duration, and meanwhile, the early-stage battery cell charging process abnormity can be identified according to the fluctuation of the two continuous frames of voltage difference in the charging process, so that the occurrence of a thermal runaway event caused by continuous charging is avoided.

    本发明提供一种车辆动力电池热失控预警方法、系统、设备及存储介质,涉及动力电池技术领域,该方法包括:获得车辆的动力电池充电时每个电芯的温度数据和电压数据;根据温度数据计算获得每个电芯的温度变化率,并根据电压数据计算获得每个电芯相邻两帧的电压差值;根据温度变化率和电压差值对异常电芯进行识别,并发送云端热失控预警信号;根据云端热失控预警信号向车辆进行车端热失控预警。本发明通过对比动力电池充电过程中温度增长率和温度增长率差值在较短的持续时间内进行分析判断,同时可以根据充电过程连续两帧电压差的波动识别早期的电芯充电过程异常,避免持续充电导致热失控事件的发生。
