The invention discloses a motor controller for shortening an emergency braking distance, a control method and an electric vehicle, relates to the field of new energy vehicles, and can be applied to pure electric vehicles and hybrid vehicles. The motor controller is used for the electric automobile, the motor controller is used for controlling a driving motor of the electric automobile to output forward torque to drive wheels of the electric automobile, the electric automobile further comprises an automatic emergency braking system, and the automatic emergency braking system is used for outputting braking force to brake the electric automobile after being triggered. The motor controller is further used for controlling the driving motor to output reverse torque after the automatic emergency braking system is triggered and before the automatic emergency braking system outputs braking force in the running process of the electric automobile, and the direction of the reverse torque is opposite to the rotating speed direction of the driving motor. According to the scheme, the AEB braking distance is shortened or the AEB intervention speed is increased under the condition that the AEB braking distance is not changed, the false triggering rate of the AEB is reduced, and the safety of the vehicle is improved.
