The invention relates to a rod descending mechanism of an automatic lifting current collector of a trolley bus. The rod descending mechanism is mainly composed of a base, a rotating seat, a pitching arm, a large tension spring, a trolley rod and a current collecting head. One end of the pitching arm is hinged to the rotating seat, the trolley pole is fixed to the other end of the pitching arm, and the current collecting head is installed at the tail end of the trolley pole. The two ends of the large tension spring are hinged to the rotating base and the pitching arm respectively. The mechanism is further provided with a brake to control rotation of the rotating seat and an electric rope winder, and the electric rope winder is connected with the trolley pole through an internal pull rope, so that lifting control over the trolley pole is achieved. The control module is responsible for monitoring the electric connection state of the current collector and operating the brake and the electric rope winder according to the electric connection state so as to quickly respond to and process the rod descending requirement. According to the design, a traditional descending rod and an aligning air cylinder are abandoned, the overall height of equipment is reduced, the available space in a compartment is increased, the structure is simplified, the reaction speed is increased, and the running safety of the trolley bus is enhanced.

    本发明涉及一种无轨电车自动升降集电器的降杆机构,主要由底座、旋转座、俯仰臂、大拉簧、集电杆及集电头组成。旋转座安装于底座上可水平旋转,俯仰臂一端与旋转座铰接,另一端固定集电杆,集电杆末端装有集电头。大拉簧两端分别与旋转座和俯仰臂铰接。该机构还配备了制动器以控制旋转座的旋转,以及电动卷绳器,通过内部拉绳连接集电杆,实现集电杆的升降控制。控制模块负责监控集电器的电连接状态,并据此操作制动器和电动卷绳器,以快速响应并处理降杆需求。此设计摒弃了传统的降杆和回正气缸,不仅降低了设备的整体高度,增加了车厢内的可用空间,而且简化了结构,提高了反应速度,增强了无轨电车运行的安全性。
