The invention belongs to the technical field of thermal insulation materials, and discloses a quartz fiber reinforced phenolic aerogel composite material with a densified surface layer and a preparation method of the quartz fiber reinforced phenolic aerogel composite material. The composite material comprises a densified surface layer and a light inner layer, the densified surface layer takes polycarbosilane modified bismaleimide resin as a matrix and quartz fiber woven cloth as a reinforcement; and the light inner layer takes phenolic aerogel as a matrix and quartz fiber needled felt as a reinforcement body. The preparation method comprises the following steps: connecting the surface layer woven fabric and the inner layer needled felt into a whole through needling, and then sequentially filling the surface layer matrix and the inner layer matrix. The aerogel composite material has the characteristics of ablation resistance, tough surface and heat insulation, the comprehensive density and the comprehensive mechanical property can be regulated and controlled, and the comprehensive requirements of heat insulation, low-speed impact resistance, light weight and certain mechanical strength of a large-area thermal protection structure of the windward side of a hypersonic speed device on the phenolic aerogel composite material can be met.

    本发明属于防隔热材料技术领域,公开了一种具有致密化表层的石英纤维增强酚醛气凝胶复合材料及其制备方法。该复合材料包括致密化表层和轻质内层,其中,致密化表层以聚碳硅烷改性双马来酰亚胺树脂为基体,石英纤维机织布为增强体;轻质内层以酚醛气凝胶为基体,石英纤维针刺毡为增强体。其制备方法是先将表层机织布和内层针刺毡通过针刺连接为一个整体,然后依次填充表层基体和内层基体。本发明的气凝胶复合材料兼具耐烧蚀、表面强韧和隔热的特点,综合密度和综合力学性能可调控,能够满足高超声速器迎风面大面积热防护结构对酚醛气凝胶复合材料提出的防隔热、抗低速冲击、轻质与具有一定力学强度的综合需求。
