The base comprises a base assembly, a first driving assembly and a second driving assembly, the rolling wheel assembly comprises a connecting assembly and a rolling wheel rotationally arranged at the first end of the connecting assembly, the second end of the connecting assembly is rotationally connected to the bottom of the base assembly, and the rotating axis, rotating around the base assembly, of the connecting assembly is parallel to the advancing direction of the base; the buffering assembly is arranged between the base assembly and the connecting assembly so as to apply elastic buffering force opposite to the base assembly to the connecting assembly. The idler wheels can rotate around the rotating axis relative to the base assembly along with the connecting assembly in the walking process, the operation cart can absorb impact force from the front direction, the rear direction, the left direction and the right direction, the idler wheels can stably make contact with the walking face all the time, and therefore the self-adaptability of the idler wheels can be achieved when the idler wheels walk in different walking environments; the walking stability and safety of the base are guaranteed, and noise cannot be generated due to dislocation movement of the operation platform.
