In this way, it can be avoided that multiple unmanned aerial vehicles fly in the same area at the same time, a no-fly zone is avoided, public safety is not harmed, residents are not disturbed, during flight, the monitoring terminal monitors the unmanned aerial vehicles, and if it is found that the unmanned aerial vehicles violate any specification in flight permission, an alarm is sent to the terminal server immediately, so that the unmanned aerial vehicles are prevented from flying. And the terminal server sends an alarm to the mobile terminal to remind the unmanned aerial vehicle user, so that the flight of the unmanned aerial vehicle can be managed.
