The unmanned aerial vehicle remote control system comprises an unmanned aerial vehicle subsystem used for collecting road condition information in real time; the remote control display device is used for remotely displaying the road condition information acquired by the unmanned aerial vehicle; the ground control subsystem is used for displaying the road condition video and the infrared thermal image returned by the unmanned aerial vehicle subsystem, providing a real-time monitoring picture for a traffic command center and analyzing the real-time monitoring picture; and the sound-light alarm device is used for giving an alarm to field personnel according to an analysis result of the ground control subsystem. According to the invention, timely discovery and effective processing of traffic accidents are realized.
