A three-dimensional image of an underwater object is constructed by analyzing the intensity and phase of a reflected wave, measured data is transmitted to a data fusion perception decision module, a binocular camera and a terahertz wave technology are combined for use, the accuracy and efficiency of water surface and underwater target recognition are improved, the rescue and salvage efficiency is improved, and the rescue and salvage efficiency is improved.
