The invention relates to a winching machine driven by double servo motors, which comprises a base, a winching roller, a first servo motor, a second servo motor and a tension control mechanism, the winching roller is transversely arranged above the base, and an output shaft of the first servo motor and an output shaft of the second servo motor are respectively connected with the left end and the right end of the winching roller; the tension control mechanism comprises a tension detector which is arranged right in front of the winching roller and facilitates the penetration of a steel wire rope, and the tension detector is driven by a lifting adjusting piece to lift so as to adjust the tension of a pull wire of the winching roller. The double servo motors are adopted to drive the winching roller, the output torque and the rotating speed can be accurately controlled through regulation and control over the double motors, more stable traction quality is provided, the tension detector is driven to ascend and descend through the lifting adjusting piece, the tension of the steel wire rope can be conveniently controlled and adjusted, and the stability is high.
